Mango Popcycles

Mango Chia Popsicle

  • 2 cups chopped mango (about 1 ½ large mangos)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 10 oz. coconut water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons whole chia seeds

Directions: Makes about 10
Place mango and coconut water into a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in whole chia seeds. Pour mixture into 3 ounce Popsicle molds or paper cups and place Aardvark paper straws into each. Freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.
