Return Policy

If an item is defective we will refund the original shipping cost and pay to have it returned to us. Returned items must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt with in 10 business days of receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise that is not defective or damaged (for damaged merchandize see mail order damage section). Cancellations of unshipped items may incur a 25% cancellation fee (if the item has been made).

If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Please wait seven days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. We will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund check issued at your option.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise
Contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise, for example your local United Postal Service (UPS) office. Require UPS, or whoever the shipper was, to return the merchandise to us. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF Parcel Post (USPS). Retain all packaging and contact us at (260) 484-4111.
